Our client in the real estate sector is looking for an experienced legal professional with a focus on litigation and a strong background in Real Estate law, as well as fluency in Kannada. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing all disputes, collaborating closely with external counsels in various courts and law firms, and offering strategic and creative legal solutions. Your key responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all litigation matters, providing leadership and strategic direction, advising external consultants, counsels, and senior counsels on complex legal issues, handling disputes proactively with integrity, and potentially building and leading an internal legal team. To excel in this role, you should have 10-12 years of litigation experience, specifically in Real Estate law, and be fluent in Kannada to manage local legal proceedings and stakeholder communications. You should also demonstrate the ability to handle complex disputes effectively, possess strong technical legal acumen, and maintain high professional ethics while working in a dynamic business environment. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M) with significant expertise in Real Estate litigation.
