Senior Lecturer / Fresher - Prosthodontics

Role Overview: As a Senior Lecturer in Prosthodontics, you will play a crucial role in teaching, training, and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. Your focus will be on fixed, removable, maxillofacial prosthodontics, and implantology. Additionally, you will contribute to academic development, research, clinical practice, and institutional activities. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, pre-clinical, and clinical demonstrations in Prosthodontics. - Supervise and provide guidance to students in both laboratory and clinical settings. - Assist in the development of the curriculum and continuously improve teaching methods. - Actively participate in student assessment, examination, and feedback processes. - Provide clinical services to patients within the Prosthodontics department. - Engage in departmental research, publications, and conferences to contribute to the field. - Contribute to institutional committees, community outreach initiatives, and professional development programs. Qualifications & Requirements: - Hold an MDS in Prosthodontics from a DCI-recognized institution. - Teaching and clinical experience are welcome, including freshers. - Possess a strong knowledge of modern prosthodontic techniques, including digital workflows. - Evidence of research, publications, and academic contributions would be desirable.,
