Senior Lead/Solution Architect - Node.js

You will lead a team of 20 to 25 software developers, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality web applications are designed, developed, and deployed. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the quality and completeness of assignments, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and product maintenance. As a technical leader, you will take ownership of project deliveries, ensuring their successful completion. Collaboration with agile teams and other departments is crucial to design and implement effective strategies. Adherence to Agile Development and project management methodologies is essential for project planning, setting timelines, and achieving milestones. Your skillset should include expertise in Server-Side Scripting languages like NodeJS Web Framework, coupled with end-to-end knowledge of the development and deployment processes. You will be responsible for developing server-side network components, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with front-end developers for seamless integration. Proficiency in ReactJs, JavaScript ecosystem, relational databases such as MySQL, and version control tools like Git and Subversion is required. Additionally, knowledge of NoSQL databases, HTTP protocol, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, and CSS is important for this role. Experience with CRM-based technology solutions would be advantageous.
