Senior Lead/Solution Architect

You will be leading a team of 20 to 25 software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality web applications are delivered. Your responsibilities will include programming, designing, developing, and deploying new applications. It is crucial to take technical ownership of project deliveries, ensuring their quality and completeness. Collaboration with various teams on design and implementation strategies is essential, demonstrating your ability to work within an agile environment. Your role will involve adhering to Agile Development and project management methodologies, overseeing project planning, timelines, and milestones to meet execution and deliverables. The timely delivery of assignments is a key aspect of your responsibility. Furthermore, you will be mentoring and leading team members to enhance the quality and productivity of deliverables continuously. In terms of skillsets required, you should have strong hands-on knowledge of Server-Side Scripting languages like NodeJS Web Framework. End-to-end understanding from development to deployment is crucial. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining server-side network components, ensuring optimal database performance, collaborating with front-end developers, running diagnostic tests, and providing technical support. Proficiency in ReactJs, JavaScript ecosystem, relational databases like MySQL, NoSQL understanding, version control tools like Git and Subversion, HTTP protocol, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, and CSS is expected.
