Senior / Lead SDET (Software Development Engineering in Test)

You will be joining Money Forward as a QA Engineer with a focus on improving quality across the HR Solutions Division (HRS) product line. The company has recently committed to a 10-year milestone aimed at enhancing product quality by appointing a renowned quality expert as the Chief Quality Officer (CQO) and establishing the CQO Office in 2023 to drive quality improvements company-wide. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee multiple HRS products from a holistic perspective and collaborate with the development team to implement quality enhancement activities such as API test automation, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and quality analysis. You will lead the development and implementation of QA and automation strategies, ensuring adherence to new development processes like Agile.
