About Company:- TAAL Tech India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of Engineering Services including Embedded and IoT solutions. Headquartered in Bangalore, India and with offices in USA, Germany, Austrlia and the Netherlands, TAAL Tech serves a global client base that includes a number of Fortune 500 Corporations. Position: Senior/Lead Piping Design Work Location: Bangalore, India Education: B.E / B. Tech Experience: 8 to 20+ Years of Experience Roles & Responsibilities: Must have minimum 8 years of experience in piping design. Experienced enough to be able to position equipment suitable for access and maintenance activities. Capable of making equipment / module layout given PFD, P&IDs, Equipment Process Data Sheets, Sized equipment list. Proficient in AutoCAD Plant3D design software. Should have Cryogenic service design experience. "Eye" for the preliminary, conceptual steel framing shape to provide support of the skid/module. Experienced enough to be able to position equipment suitable for access and maintenance activities. Understanding of the software specific administrative functions of setting up project database. Equipment layout and pipe routing of road freight modules. Equipment modeling of Vessels (generic shapes using parameterized shapes in software). Import special shape reactors from Mechanical Engineering Department (STEP). Import vendor provided 3D models of valves, pumps, etc. Model pipe supports and hangers. Supervision and workload assignment to subordinate piping designer. Interfaces with Project Manager / Project Engineer. Interfaces with Sr. Principal Piping Engineer, and Sr. Piping Designer as needed Interfaces with Process Engineering function.
