As a strong Java developer, your role will involve programming and designing various software applications and modules for cloud platforms in alignment with agreed specifications established in collaboration with business and product managers. You will leverage your proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases to create new databases and enhance existing ones. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing unit tests and integration tests to ensure software compliance with requirements. Your contribution will be vital in designing robust, resilient, and fault-tolerant software applications, potentially leading the design of less complex components. Furthermore, you will offer technical support to operations or other development teams and create, review, and maintain user documentation related to assigned software for supportability and reuse. Reviewing the work of peers and junior developers, providing feedback on application performance, and assisting in identifying short-term and long-term solution options, including risk assessments, will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, your involvement in project planning sessions, analysis of development requirements, design options, work breakdown, and estimates of work will be crucial for successful project outcomes.
