As an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Lead for our Digital Concierge App serving high-traffic, global-scale events like FIFA, you will play a crucial role in driving the architecture, scalability, and security of our AWS infrastructure. Your passion for cloud innovation and automation will be key in ensuring the success of our platform. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake: - Architect, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS infrastructure. - Mentor and guide infrastructure engineers, enforcing best practices. - Manage AWS services including ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch. - Oversee deployment automation and pipeline management. - Track and optimize performance with AWS CloudWatch. - Collaborate with AI/ML and DevOps teams for seamless system integration. - Ensure performance and scalability with efficient architecture. - Enforce GDPR, IAM, KMS, and WAF best practices for security and compliance. - Implement IaC using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Conduct audits, capacity planning, and ensure business continuity for disaster recovery. - Enhance system reliability and scalability through continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with a focus on AWS. - Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects. - Expertise in AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and S3. - Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CodePipeline. - Deep knowledge of AWS security best practices. - Familiarity with containers, specifically Docker and Kubernetes. - Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with serverless architectures, AI/ML integration, AWS Shield, GuardDuty, RDS, and ElastiCache, as well as proven ability to manage scaling and disaster recovery during high-demand events.
