As an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the architecture, scalability, and security of our Digital Concierge App. This platform serves high-traffic, global-scale events like FIFA, offering you the opportunity to make a real impact in cloud innovation, automation, and infrastructure leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead & Design:** You will architect, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS infrastructure. - **Team Leadership:** Mentor and guide infrastructure engineers, enforcing best practices within the team. - **Cloud Infrastructure:** Manage various AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch. - **CI/CD Pipelines:** Oversee deployment automation and pipeline management for efficient workflows. - **Monitoring & Optimization:** Track and optimize performance using AWS CloudWatch. - **Collaboration:** Partner with AI/ML and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration. - **Cost Optimization:** Ensure performance and scalability through efficient architecture practices. - **Security & Compliance:** Enforce best practices related to GDPR, IAM, KMS, and WAF for enhanced security. - **Automation:** Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - **Disaster Recovery:** Conduct audits, capacity planning, and ensure business continuity during crises. - **Continuous Improvement:** Enhance system reliability and scalability through ongoing improvements. **Skills & Qualifications:** **Essential:** - 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with a focus on AWS. - Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects effectively. - Expertise in AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and S3. - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CodePipeline. - Deep knowledge of AWS security best practices for robust system security. - Familiarity with containers like Docker and Kubernetes. - Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. **Preferred:** - Experience with serverless architectures including Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway. - AI/ML integration experience, particularly with AWS Bedrock. - Familiarity with AWS services like Shield, GuardDuty, RDS, and ElastiCache. - Proven ability to manage scaling and disaster recovery during high-demand events.
