Senior Lead Engineer - Development

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements and new products used in various computer programs. You will interact with product managers and users to define system requirements and participate in software design meetings. Additionally, you will write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements, write code, perform testing and debugging of applications, and complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products - Interact with product managers and users to define system requirements - Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs - Write technical specifications and code using current programming languages and technologies - Perform testing and debugging of applications - Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline - 6+ years of experience - Fluent in English - Excellent communicator with the ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions - Attention to detail with a track record of authoring high-quality documentation - Organized approach to manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements - Self-starter with a team mindset - Knowledge of HP Tandem utilities, FUP, TACL, Pathway, Batchcom, SQL language is expected Additional Details: The team works on enhancement and support for FIS Securities Processing Manager PHASE3 product, a real-time order-to-settlement securities processing system. The successful candidate will work on Enhancement and Support projects for the Product, ensuring the quality and utilization of FIS products satisfy client needs. Recreating, documenting client issues, and troubleshooting problems are essential to support product quality.
