Senior Lead Engineer - Chipset Power

Role Overview: You will be joining a dedicated team at Qualcomm India Private Limited focused on achieving industry-leading power consumption on Qualcomm chipsets. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with various teams across the company to develop solutions for power use case modeling, analysis, correlation, and improvement cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop chipset level power use case modeling tools and methodologies. - Collaborate with power HW/SW/System teams to collect power use case definition and characteristics. - Understand the hardware architecture/design at a high level and map power use cases to individual HW blocks. - Translate power estimate requests into detailed tasks for end-to-end use case power modeling. - Analyze modeling output, summarize results, present findings, and propose improvement solutions. - Enable other teams to leverage tools and methodologies for in-depth power analysis. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR - Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR - PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
