Senior /Lead Analog Design - Multi Phase Power

As an Analog Design Lead/Senior Design Engineer at MPP, you will be responsible for designing high current Power stage ICs that power processors for AI and future servers. Your role will involve collaborating with IC development teams and contributing to the delivery of competitive, cost-conscious, and successful products to the market. You should possess a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in EE and have at least 5 years of experience in Analog Design. Your responsibilities will include transistor level design, taping out complex IPs, designing analog circuits, collaborating with digital designers, leading chip development, and providing silicon debugging solutions. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in BCD process, switching DC-DC converter design, gate drivers layout, knowledge of ESD/LU and EM requirements, as well as familiarity with IC Packaging and production test methodologies. You will lead full chip development, work with marketing and systems teams to define product specifications, collaborate with other designers, and mentor junior team members. This role requires strong competency in analog design, top-level integration, statistical mismatch, layout guidance, and silicon debugging. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be a team player, and possess the passion and excitement to innovate and grow in a fast-paced environment.,
