Job Description

Job Title: Senior Lab Technician

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare, analyze, and record samples following established procedures.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory of lab supplies and request replacements when needed.
Document all test results clearly and maintain proper lab records.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelors degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
3–5 years of laboratory experience; senior or supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of laboratory safety and quality control procedures.
Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
