Senior L3 Support - .Net with UiPath

Job Description

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid 3 days in a week onsite) Shift: This will be rotational shift (UK Timings and India timings) Interview Process: Total 3 rounds (At least 1 interview with be F2F) Job Description: Design and implement intelligent automation frameworks and strategies, incorporating RPA and API integrations. Evaluate and integrate AI, Machine learning, RPA, and API technologies into automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize automation opportunities using RPA and APIs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and continuously improve automation processes, leveraging RPA and API capabilities Core Must have: Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis. Knowledge of RPA tools and platforms. Ability to manage and support enterprise applications and databases. Primary / Should Have: Experience with cloud platforms and services. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects. Proficiency in .Net, Json, SQL, Python, Power Automate, NLP, TFS, Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Secondary / Could Have: Familiarity with emerging technologies(like Gen AI) Experience with DevOps practices. Strong communication and presentation skills
