Job Title: Head of Product Expereince: 8+ Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Type: Full-Time Must-Have Skills: 8+ years as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in the fintech or payments domain Strong knowledge of the UPI ecosystem, payment technologies and familiar with UPI Switch development Technical background or experience working with development teams (understanding of APIs, payment gateways, etc.) Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in running sprints Key Performance Indicators: Effective management of complex projects Successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders Contribution to the development of UPI ecosystem products About Company: It is a banking-as-a-payment platform that collaborates with brands and banks to enhance their business through payments, KYC, and digital transformation with financial solutions.
