Job Description

Track dispatch plan vs actual and update dispatch board
Coordinate vehicle/trailer/container placement as per schedule
Ensure machine readiness
Ensure damage prevention
Manage dispatch documentation
Monitor exceptions: ECN/quality hold, shortage of fork/bucket materials, trailer delay, leakage issues
Support daily yard discipline
Collect confirmed dispatch list; prepare D+2 readiness tracker (pending vs ready)
Ensure trailer/container request and placement; follow-up with transporter
Verify each machine readiness checklist before loading:
PDI OK / QC clearance
Accessories, bucket/fork match, pins, manuals, tool kit, decals
Fuel/greasing, battery, key, leakage check, touch-up, cleaning
Ensure correct lashing/packing as per SOP (ratchet belts, wooden blocks, chocks)
Coordinate loading sequence and safe movement with forklift/crane teams
Raise issues early (material mismatch, painted rims not available, trailer delay, manpower absenteeism)
Update dispatch status dashboard and send EOD report (plan/actual, pending reasons)
