ROLE: Senior JavaScript Developer (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:

  Lead the design and execution of complex JavaScript-based applications and systems across multiple projects.

• Team Management:

  Manage and mentor diverse, cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.

• Hands-on Development:

  Contribute actively to coding, reviews, and architectural decisions while setting standards for quality and performance.

• Client Engagement:

  Represent the technical team in client meetings, workshops, and demos translating requirements into technical deliverables.

• Project Ownership:

  Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning and estimation through deployment and support.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  Work closely with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale development projects and managing team deliverables.
• Strong proficiency with one or more modern JS frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• Experience with backend integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL), performance tuning, and testing frameworks.
• Outstanding English communication and presentation skills (10/10) verbal and written.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and stakeholder communication.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or Next.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams.
