Key Responsibilities

• Translate

  business requirements into technical designs, data models, and APIs

  .
• Architect and implement

  Spring Boot microservices

  with high scalability and performance.
• Design and optimize

  MySQL schemas and queries

  (DDL, DML, indexes, explain plans).
• Develop

  REST/gRPC APIs

  with versioning, error handling, and OpenAPI documentation.
• Implement

  event-driven architecture

  using Kafka / RabbitMQ.
• Ensure

  security, observability, and fault tolerance

  (OAuth2/JWT, monitoring, logging, tracing).
• Write

  unit, integration, and contract tests

  ; automate builds and deployments (CI/CD).
• Deliver production-ready solutions with

  Docker + Kubernetes orchestration

  .

Required Skills

• Core Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Microservices architecture

  & distributed system patterns.
• Hands-on with

  MySQL query tuning, schema design, indexing

  .

• Messaging/Streaming:

  Kafka / RabbitMQ.

• DevOps:

  Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).

• Testing:

  JUnit5, Mockito, Testcontainers.

• Observability:

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Zipkin/Jaeger.

Desired Experience

• 5 to 7 years

  of backend development (Java).
• At least

  3 years

  building

  microservices

  in production.
• Strong SQL optimization experience (must-have).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
