Role: Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with strong expertise in Java development, deep understanding of Telecom protocols and systems, and a passion for Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and intelligent software solutions that power next-generation telecom infrastructure and services.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications for telecom platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end features, including backend logic, APIs, and system integrations.

• Work with telecom protocols such as MAP, CAP, Diameter, GTP, etc.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, test automation, and cloud deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership in the team.

Desired Profile: -

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java (8 or above) software development.

• Strong knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and standards.

• Familiarity with Big Data and AI/ML concepts(Optional)
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
