Senior Java Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Fractal, you will be a key member of the team responsible for building end-to-end Data to Decision Systems. You will work alongside Scrum Masters, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and UI/UX Engineers to deliver projects for Fortune 500 clients. Your role will involve architecting, estimating, managing, and developing both backend and frontend components. You will collaborate closely with the data science and engineering team to integrate algorithmic outputs and create dynamic infographics for intuitive user controls. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, participate in client interactions, contribute to UAT, and maintain documentation for processes and applications. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, estimate, manage, develop & maintain backend and frontend for Data to Decision projects - Integrate algorithmic output from backend REST APIs - Create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls - Mentor junior engineers and support their career growth - Translate technical project journey to clients - Participate in UAT and troubleshoot bugs and integration issues - Create and maintain documentation for processes and applications Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer for enterprise web applications - Expertise in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, ReactJS/VueJS, Java SE, SpringBoot/Play Framework - Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and REST APIs - Knowledge of UI concepts like cross-browser compatibility, responsive web design, and testing libraries - Experience in backend development, RESTful services, databases, and performance optimization - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools - Problem-solving skills and proficiency with code versioning tools like GitHub If you are passionate about working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and development, Fractal is the place for you.
