Senior Java Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ERP platform at Cybervidya. A strong command of Java technologies is essential for this role, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. There is potential for this position to evolve into a team leadership role, so we are seeking someone who can demonstrate initiative and collaborate effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain core ERP modules using Java and Spring Framework. - Design scalable, secure, and robust backend systems using MVC architecture. - Utilize Node.js for backend integrations when necessary. - Apply in-depth knowledge of Java Collections and other core concepts. - Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Product). - Take ownership of modules and lead feature development. - Mentor junior developers and manage small development teams as needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring MVC. - Working experience with Node.js. - Solid understanding of Collections, OOP, and API development. - Ability to write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation. - Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Experience with version control tools like Git. - Prior team handling or mentorship experience is a plus.
