Senior Java Development - Manager

You are urgently hiring for a Senior Java Development Manager role at a product based MNC located in Yerwada, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 14 to 20 years of experience and possess expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Safe Agile, AWS/GCP, as well as People Management and Team Handling. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Java development team. - Develop high-quality software design and architecture. - Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle. - Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code. - Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. - Review and debug code. - Perform validation and verification testing. - Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve software. - Mentor and coach team members. - Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies.
