Senior Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer at SAP Sales Cloud v2, you will be a key player in the development of our cutting-edge, cloud-native microservice architecture. Our platform utilizes advanced technologies like Java, Angular, Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, MongoDB, and Elastic Search to ensure exceptional scalability and performance. The transition from SAP Sales Cloud v1 to v2 represents a significant technological leap in the CRM software domain, emphasizing high availability, improved performance, and an API-first strategy to promote agility and flexibility. The new solution adopts an event-driven microservice architecture. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining various microservices supporting multiple business processes within SAP Sales Cloud v2, including Retail Execution scenarios like Dynamic Visit Management and Activity Management. Additionally, your contributions will extend to foundational services such as Data Connectors, Spatial, Business Expression Engine, I18N, Audit Logs, Application Logs, and other essential components for business microservices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement microservices to address business use cases and technical/foundation requirements. - Collaborate closely with team members and architects to deliver high-quality solutions. - Engage in the complete lifecycle of microservices, from development and testing to automation and maintenance. - Ensure continuous delivery of cloud services. Qualifications: - 8+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in computer science. - Technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservice architecture, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and software design patterns. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile environment. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
