We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on skills in Java Spring Boot and Kafka. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable, robust applications and must be able to independently handle hands-on development work.
Primary Responsibilities80% Hands-on Development with Java Spring BootInteract directly with clients, requiring good communication skillsBuild & maintain Kafka-based integrationsApply basic CI/CD & DevOps practicesContribute to architecture discussions and performance tuningTroubleshoot and optimize application performanceKey Skills RequiredJava (Spring Boot) 7 to 8+ years of deep hands-on experienceKafka Minimum 2 to 3 years (mandatory)CI/CD and DevOps knowledge Git, Jenkins, pipelines, basic scriptingStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication for client-facing collaborationTotal industry experience 14+ years.
