Senior Java Consultant - Core Banking

The main responsibilities of this role include conducting business analysis for the Banks requirements, elucidating requirements and discussing them with customers and Oracle teams, guiding teams in preparing Functional/Business Test plans for Customization, assisting teams during Functional Testing of customer requirements, guiding teams during Product Implementation & Support, contributing independently, adhering to Oracle internal processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders in Oracle, and working with banks and partners for the delivery of Oracle Deliverables. Position Description: We are looking for candidates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. This position will support Territory Heads, Delivery Managers, Portfolio and Project Managers, and teams of professional business and technology consultants in delivering business-focused solutions for clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technology. The successful applicant will utilize product skills and experience to work on value consulting, solutioning, transforming complex business requirements into optimal solutions, achieving successful outcomes for customers, partners, and associates, and driving towards client reference ability. With extensive training and experience, you will grow into a seasoned employee, becoming a Subject Matter expert in Business domain and/or Solution Architecture, with full accountability for delivered solutions in projects, programs, territories, regions, and the organization.
