Senior Java & Cloud Developer

As a Digital Software Engineer Sr Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts to completion. You will serve as a development lead on medium-scale projects and support the execution of larger efforts. Your role will involve operating with considerable autonomy and discretion, significantly influencing the way an application is designed and developed by providing subject-specific expertise and an advanced level of understanding of application programming principles. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance, and design challenges - Conduct research on the root cause of development and performance concerns as well as resolution of defects - Understand technical requirements for the solutions being built and engineering needs for system maintenance, runtime properties, and dependencies - Demonstrate an advanced understanding of supported main system flows and contribute towards the development of standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Partner with industry vendors to support Digital architecture and identify partnership opportunities - Participate in the full development life cycle, including identifying dependencies between agile and waterfall delivery - Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and identify issues/risks at multiple levels - Work across teams to optimize processes and continuously assess development processes, test plans, and operations - Share knowledge with the team and demonstrate a higher level of knowledge through industry certifications - Assess risk when making business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 8-12 years in a product development/product management environment - Deep expertise in building applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle/PostgreSQL, and cloud technology stack - Expertise in enterprise integrations through RESTful APIs, Kafka, and MQ messaging - Strong working experience in Tibco-BW and experience in Apigee - Manage end to end Tibco infrastructure and framework components - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data-driven and results-oriented - Experience delivering with an agile methodology and leading infrastructure programs - Skilled at working with third-party service providers - Excellent written and oral communication skills Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience,
