As a Senior IT Solutions Consultant at DHL IT Services, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology backbone of the world's largest logistics company. Key Responsibilities: - Provide consultancy to the business on end-to-end IT landscape, specifically focusing on onboarding to the EGAP platform for customs clearance processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to suggest and implement process automation solutions that enhance business efficiency. - Understand product technology frameworks, costs, security vulnerabilities, and effectively manage business stakeholder expectations. - Utilize your expertise in logistics, particularly in customs processes, to support the product team effectively. - Leverage your knowledge of IT landscapes including networking, security, web, and cloud technology to deliver optimal solutions. Qualifications Required: - Logical analysis skills and comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes. - Proficiency in IT landscape understanding, with a focus on customs clearance domain. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively under time pressure. - Strong communication skills in spoken and written English for cross-region collaboration with global teams.
