Job Description

Skills and Expertise: The consultant should have expertise in the following: 1. Developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide meaningful business insights. 2. Understand business requirements in BI context and design models to transform raw data into actionable insights. 3. Building custom visualizations and optimizing Power BI reports for performance and scalability. 4. Data modeling and transformation using Power Query and DAX functions in Power BI. 5. Integrating Power BI with multiple data sources, including relational and non-relational databases. 6. Deploy reports and dashboards to Power BI Service and manage workspace, gateway and data refresh schedule. 7. Optimizing Power BI solutions for large datasets and ensuring efficient data refresh strategies. 8. Implementing row-level security (RLS) and access control within Power BI dashboards. 9. Utilizing Power Apps to create low-code applications integrated with Power BI. 10. Automating workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. 11. Working with Tableau for data visualization and analytics (good to have). 12. Writing advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis (good to have). 13. Proficiency in version control tools such as Git for managing Power BI reports and data models. 14. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. 15. Experience with Microsoft Azure for managing cloud-based Power BI deployments (good to have). 16. Exposure to ServiceNow for IT service management and automation (good to have). 17. Good communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively to business users. .
