Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Main responsibility includes initiating and inspecting design and production process
on-site co-ordination
Facilitate client meeting - Establishing needs & aspirations, priorities, budget & time frame deadlines.
Preparing project schedule / time line.
Undertake -
• Data co-ordination, analysing space utilization • Preliminary Plans, Drawings and Documentation • Preparation of mood boards and material boards • Prepare Working Drawings, detail drawings & presentation drawing
Prepare BOQ and specifications as per requirement of project
Coordinating with consultants and other outside services.
Managing periodic Field Inspections of Work in Progress, Client Consultations and Progress Reports

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent CAD, 3D skills and design skills, Photoshop, coral draw etc.
Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
Keen attention to detail
Experience of being active part in communication channels within the team
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity
Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success able to work on deadlines and under pressure
