Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Executives to join our team. The role involves sourcing, qualifying, and closing personal loan applications through direct and indirect channels. The candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, ensuring compliance, and meeting assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads for personal loans through field visits, cold calls, digital platforms, references, and other channels. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and terms to customers in a clear and professional manner. Collect and verify customer documents, perform preliminary eligibility checks, and coordinate with credit teams for approvals. Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of applications. Maintain relationships with customers for repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM/Excel. Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements (KYC, RBI norms, etc.). Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in sales (personal loans, credit cards, Home Loan). Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
