As a Senior Designer / Project Manager at Well Then So | Design Studio in Goa, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces into aesthetically functional experience zones. Your responsibilities will include space planning, overseeing interior design projects, managing project timelines, coordinating construction drawings, and handling furniture design and procurement. You will lead project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the studio's high standards of design and execution. Join our team and lead high-end interior, architecture, and turnkey projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve leading design direction & client presentations, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality, coordinating with design, execution, and procurement teams, and managing multiple projects seamlessly using project management tools & software. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, strong Project Management skills, proficiency in Furniture Design and Procurement, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required. Experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality design is a plus. We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in interior design / architecture project management, strong leadership & client handling skills, proficiency in design software and project management tools (such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar), and who are based in Goa or open to relocating.
