1. Lead the conceptualization of interior design projects, ensuring creative and innovative solutions
2. Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, mood boards, material selection, and colour schemes
3. Review and refine designs to align with client requirements and feedback
4. Create accurate drawings, 3D models, and detailed specifications using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
5. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies
6. Project execution along with management of Contractors, Suppliers and Designers
7. Site inspections and measurements with the Client/Design team
8. Support presales activities such as meetings with potential clients, initial site visits, preparation of BOQs/Quotations
9. Client coordination - work as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
10. Material Quality control, Material Inventory management and optimization
11. Procurement Management - Cost optimization, Verification of
Supplier/Contractors bills/invoices
12. Project Scope includes all kinds of works such as Civil, Carpentry ,
Electrical, POP, Modular, Painting, Finishing works, etc.
13. Project Plan preparation, tracking, progress reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to management and client as per requirement
14. Management of Planned V/S Actual tracking and reporting of Project Scope, Cost, resources and Timelines
15. Collaboration with other relevant teams (internal/external) and resolve conflicts or challenges eaiciently
16. Ensure excellent finishing and successful Site handover to the client
17. Ensure all design and execution meet company and client
expectations
18. Risk Management with mitigations
19. Maintain contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
20. After sales service to the client as per the terms
21. Vendor and Contractor negotiation
22. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns

1. Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
2. Overall experience - Minimum 10 years out of which relevant experience of 5+ years in interior design and project management in the interior design industry
3. Project Management Certification like Prince2 or PMP preferred
4. Proficiency in project management tools and software
5. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)
6. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories
7. Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and construction methods
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines eaectivelyRole & responsibilities
