Qualification: Architect (B Arch/ M Arch)
Projects served end to end both Design consultancy and Design and BuiltSoftwares: Hands on REVIT, AutoCAD, Rendering softwares, AI tools (Spacemaker,Testfit, Chaos Vantage, X-Gen etc.), MS Office. Tech savvy preferredReporting to: Project Head Interior Designing Must be proficient in:1. Understanding client requirement and layout (taking a detailed brief)2. Designing creative and innovative concepts for the project3. Preparing layout with understanding of all services and technicalities4. Thorough Market knowledge and analysis on various products and offerings5. On point Presentation6. Preparing material pallete and board, along with designs7. Preparing BOQ and Tender drawings8. Preparing project schedule9. Formatting and printing of drawing sheets10. Coordination with site supervisor for snags11. Preparing working drawings (detailed GFC drawings)12. Coordination with vendors13. Periodic site visits14. As built drawings, project manual preparation15. Hands on both Design consultancy and Design and Built projects
