Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Design Manager located in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing and managing interior design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, and leading project teams. Daily responsibilities include planning design strategies, developing construction drawings, collaborating on architectural designs, and selecting appropriate furniture and design elements. Additionally, the role requires ensuring that all work aligns with high design standards and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Management and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical detailing
• Knowledge of Architecture with a keen understanding of spatial planning
• Expertise in Furniture design and material selection
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise teams effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in managing high-end residential, commercial, or retail interior projects is an advantage
