Job Description

As a Claims Management professional, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the submission and processing of insurance claims, ensuring timely reimbursement for the hospital. You will be expected to closely monitor and follow up on any delayed or denied claims, promptly resolving any issues that may arise. In the realm of Regulatory Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the hospital adheres to all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and policies. It will be essential to stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and adjust hospital processes accordingly to maintain compliance at all times. Your duties will also encompass Policy Administration, where you will be tasked with managing the hospital's insurance policies. This will involve handling renewals, negotiations with insurance providers, and ensuring that all policies are current and provide adequate coverage for hospital operations. When it comes to Patient Interaction, you will be required to assist patients with insurance-related inquiries, providing clear explanations of their coverage and benefits. Additionally, resolving patient billing issues and coordinating with the billing department to ensure accurate patient accounts will be part of your responsibilities. Data Management will be a key aspect of your role, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of all insurance transactions and claims. Utilizing healthcare management software to track and report on insurance activities will also be essential in this capacity. In addition to possessing basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet usage, you should exhibit politeness and empathy in dealing with clients. Regulatory Knowledge, Technological Proficiency, and strong Customer Relations skills will also be valuable assets in this role. This position is Full-time and Permanent, offering benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve both Day shifts and Rotational shifts, with the potential for a performance bonus based on your contributions. Ideally, candidates for this role will have at least 1 year of total work experience, with in-person work location requirements.,
