Roles and Responsibilities: - Define and execute the company's creative vision. - Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, encompassing designers, project managers, animators, etc. - Provide guidance, feedback, and support to enhance creative excellence within the team. - Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. - Develop and uphold robust brand guidelines for consistency. - Conduct client meetings, create storyboards, and lead ideation sessions. - Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Review and approve creative work to ensure alignment with brand objectives. - Stay abreast of design, marketing, and technology trends. - Implement new creative techniques, tools, and industry best practices. - Encourage experimentation and novel ideas within the creative team. - Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs and campaigns as per business requirements. - Efficiently allocate creative resources, managing workload and priorities. - Supervise creative project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. - Utilize insights to refine creative strategies and enhance future projects. - Conduct regular creative reviews and manage project deadlines effectively.,
