Senior Illustrator

Role Overview: As a part of the Creative Design Team at PhonePe, you will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints, whether digital or physical. This involves integrating visual design functions for product and offline, brand and marketing design, and communication strategies into one cohesive user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Produce original end-to-end UI design, motion design, illustration, iconography, and prototyping as the Lead Product Designer at PhonePe. - Collaborate closely with lead experience designers and product managers to gather context and design final UI based on wireframes agreed upon with stakeholders. - Ensure alignment of visual design solutions with brand guidelines and personality from the early stages. - Create layouts that reinforce brand style through visual touchpoints within brand guidelines. - Maintain highest standards in visual aesthetics while shipping final UI according to guidelines. - Act as a bridge between product design and front-end engineering to translate designed experiences into detailed UI specifications. - Own the product UI lifecycle from design stage to live production, including creating quality assessments for all designs during development. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role. - Advanced proficiency in visual design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Demonstrated experience in designing interfaces for consumer experiences at scale. - Ability to lead projects with product design stakeholders. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a rapid iterative design approach. - Bachelor's, Master's, or postgraduate degree in visual communication or fine arts is a plus. - Expertise in visual design, user interface design, typography, iconography, illustration, and motion design. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentational skills. - Portfolio showcasing recent works as live experiences or prototypes.
