Senior Illustrator

As a highly skilled illustrator, your role will involve creating polished, modern flat 2D and 2.5D scenes for explainer videos, brand visuals, and storytelling-driven content primarily on Web3 and Bitcoin-focused brands. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating detailed modern flat 2D/2.5D illustrations and rich visual environments - Designing characters, mascots, and brand-friendly visual identities - Building layered, animation-ready compositions optimized for After Effects - Converting complex Web3/Bitcoin concepts into easy-to-understand visuals - Developing unique brand styles and design systems from scratch - Working from provided storyboards with consistent and timely delivery - Preparing compositions suitable for parallax and 2.5D animation - Creating moodboards and visual direction based on client requirements To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A minimum of 3 years of professional illustration experience - A strong portfolio showing diverse visual styles and storytelling ability - Mastery of colour theory, lighting, depth, and flat design aesthetics - Experience with multiple styles such as minimalist, geometric, isometric, and abstract - Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc. - Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro - Strong understanding of layered composition for animation workflows - Ability to create brand design systems and creative visual frameworks Having experience with Web3, Bitcoin, or blockchain projects and a background working with explainer video or motion design teams will be considered as bonus points.
