Senior IB PYP Homeroom Teacher

As a Senior IB PYP Homeroom Teacher at our organization, your role will involve developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the IB PYP framework. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and growth. Additionally, assessing and evaluating student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, and participating in school activities are key aspects of your responsibilities. You will also support and guide students in their social, emotional, and academic development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the IB PYP framework. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. - Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in school activities. - Support and guide students in their social, emotional, and academic development. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Education or related field. - Valid teaching certification and IB PYP training. - Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or IB setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.,
