Senior HVAC Technician

You are a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician looking to join Real Cool, a leader in providing high-performance HVAC solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems, while also leading junior technicians and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include installing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control issues, conducting preventive maintenance, reading and interpreting technical drawings, coordinating service calls and project installations, ensuring work is completed according to safety regulations, maintaining accurate service records, assisting in inventory management, providing technical guidance to junior technicians, and communicating effectively with clients. To qualify for this position, you need a minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience in a commercial/industrial setting, ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or relevant technical certification, a valid HVAC Technician License or equivalent, proficiency in handling tools and instruments related to HVAC systems, strong knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigerants, electrical systems, and safety protocols, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure, excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills, and willingness to travel to job sites.
