Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: · AutoCad knowledge is preferred. · Visit to sites and preparation of BOQ/offers. · In case of non-standard installations, to take technical decisions and preparation of installation details. · To attend technical/review meetings with clients/principals. · Review of Purchase Orders on the basis of Offers/Rates/Terms and Conditions. · Relevant communications with clients/principals regarding discrepancies, if any. · Finalization of Purchase Orders. · Communications with designers, principals and clients for necessary approval of drawings and documents. · Analysis of drawings and preparation of final BOQ on the basis of drawings. · Preparation of project schedules. · Placement of necessary purchase orders with vendors and monitor movement of materials. · Site mobilization and co-ordination between work teams and clients/principals. · Trouble shooting at sites. · Keeping track of extra work/modifications at site and getting the same sanctioned by clients. · After completion of work, getting necessary measurement sheets and handing over reports signed by clients. · Assistance in raising and submission of related invoices including those for extra work. Additional Responsibilities: · Handling Annual Maintenance Contracts. · Planning daily assignment of technicians to sites on the basis of BSL program. · Uploading service reports, etc., to principal’s site and closure of calls. · Preparation of AMC invoices as per terms of payment and uploading the same to principal’s site. · To send hard copies as required. · Follow up with principals for AMC renewal in good time. · Check AMC work order for rates and terms and conditions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or Diploma in Engineering may also apply. 3–5 years of experience in independently handling HVAC projects. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCad. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
