Job Description

Skills: 1 Revit MEP, Fabrication & Spooling 2 HAP/Trace3D/IES 3 Navisworks 4 US projects, ASHRAE, IMC Codes 5 Revit / Navisworks Manage 6 BIM360 & LOD 350. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Should have experience on healthcare, Residential and Commercial Projects. 2 Drawing preparation which includes Duct/Pipe sizing and modeling, schematics/control diagrams and schedules. Concept design and equipment selection. 3 Carry out calculations like Ventilation, Heat load, Unit static, Pump Head, Expansion Tank sizing, Stair pressurization, Submittal review, RFI response. 4 Modelling/drafting & shop drawings. 5 Ensure deliverables meet requirements by clarifying quality and accurate output. To follow internal quality processes. 6 Coordination with other MEP and structural services. 7 Escalate issues (if any) to the Reporting Manager for the corrective and containment actions to be initiated on time. 8 Resolve Customer concerns on assigned work and ensure that the responsiveness is never compromised. 9 Following QC processes and implementing review comments. 10 Provide technical training to juniors and offer solutions to project related issues.
