The Roles & Responsibilities: Team Management Project Planning and ensuring milestones are met Ensure the right Quality data is delivered Create Guidelines for SOP and Other process related documents Continual improvement of Process / Automation Monitor and enhance productivity and quality of team members Create New Schema / Taxonomy Provide Feedback and Training to the Production and QC team Ensuring Customer expectations are met as per SLA (Service Level Agreement) Co-ordinate with customer-owner and provide the project status reports Core Skills: MRO Data Cleansing and Enrichment Knowledge of MRO Data Classification & Commodity types Creation of New Schema & Taxonomy Project Planning/ Scheduling ERP System knowledge Knowledge of Maintenance Asset, Equipment & BOM Creation Plant Maintenance Soft Skills: Reliability Responsiveness Result Orientation Communication Skills - Verbal & Written Reporting & Presentation Skills Customer & supplier management Effective Team Management
