Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage grievances from employees, resolve them fairly and promptly, and maintain records of all grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to industrial relations, including factory acts, contract labor act, bonus act, etc.
  • Handle employee retention initiatives to reduce attrition rates within the organization.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees through effective communication and engagement activities.
  • Oversee payroll processing for all employees in accordance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in HRBP role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of grievance handling procedures and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial relations laws and regulations (factory acts, contract labor act, bonus act).
  • Ability to develop strategies for employee retention programs.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
