Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for positions in the education sector.
Identify, source, and attract candidates through various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for soft skill trainers, IELTS trainers, and academic roles.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies with quality candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment within the education/training sector.
Hands-on experience hiring Soft Skill Trainers and IELTS Trainers is mandatory.
Strong networking and sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
