We are hiring a Senior Housekeeping Executive cum Butler for a premium private residence in DLF Chattarpur, New Delhi. The ideal candidate is a female from a hotel management background with experience in high-end residential or hotel settings. She will manage a team of 4 and also oversee food and kitchen service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of 4 housekeeping and kitchen staff Maintain a 20,000 sq. ft. residence with 6 bedrooms, drawing and dining rooms Handle wardrobe management, bed dressing, packing/unpacking Ensure daily cleanliness and presentation of the home Oversee kitchen and food service when the owners are present (approx. 15 days/month) Coordinate with other household staff Required Qualifications: Hotel Management graduate or similar hospitality background Prior experience in luxury homes or premium hotels Excellent housekeeping, coordination, and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor with high attention to detail Job Benefits: Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month 22 paid leave days annually 1-month annual bonus Uniform provided All meals provided at work Accommodation in staff quarters Additional “gratitude bonuses” when the owners are in residence Supportive and respectful work environment Work Schedule: Duty Hours: 8–10 hours/day and more when the owners are present (approx. 15 days/month) Days Off: 2 per month Apply now if you have a passion for hospitality and want to work in a well-organized, professional household environment.
