Senior Hardware & Systems Engineer

As a Senior Hardware & Systems Engineer at EVA Ad Ventures, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of our proprietary LED controller hardware and cloud firmware. In this founding tech position, you will have ownership of hardware design, cloud integration, and the scale-up of prototypes into production. Your responsibilities will include building controller and receiving cards utilizing FPGA/ARM and high-speed video technologies, integrating Ethernet/Fiber/4G/5G connectivity with secure cloud synchronization, implementing over-the-air updates, monitoring capabilities, and proof-of-play features. You will collaborate closely with the cloud and software team to facilitate real-time ad deployment and optimize the system for power efficiency, heat management, and outdoor reliability. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in FPGA/SoC, embedded systems, or LED controllers, along with expertise in PCB design, video pipelines, and networking protocols. Proficiency in cloud/IoT integration using technologies such as MQTT, WebSocket, and REST APIs is essential. Experience with leading industry solutions like NovaStar, Colorlight, Linsn, or Brompton would be a bonus.
