Senior Graphic Designer & Visualiser

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Conceptualisation & Ideation: Develop original creative concepts for campaigns, branding, marketing materials, and events, translating briefs into powerful visual stories. Design Execution: Design high-quality layouts, graphics, illustrations, and visual identities across print (brochures, packaging, signage) and digital (web, social media, presentations, ads). Visualization: Transform raw ideas into compelling visuals, mock-ups, and presentations that effectively communicate the creative vision to clients or internal stakeholders. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing the creative boundaries to elevate the brand’s visual language. Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, art directors, and external vendors (printers, fabricators) to execute designs to the final output. Mentoring: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and interns, reviewing work and helping them improve their design skills. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality control.
