Role & responsibilities

Senior Graphic Designer

Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership:

  Oversee and mentor a small team of designers, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment.

• Brand Identity & Collateral:

  Design visual assets for branding, packaging, POSM, print, and environmental graphics.

• Digital & Presentation Design:

  Produce digital ads, social media creatives, emailers, and highstakes client pitch decks/PPTs.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  Partner with strategy, copy, production, and account teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

• Process & Standards:

  Establish design guidelines, review workflows, and maintain rigorous QA for all deliverables.

• Innovation & Trends:

  Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies; champion new techniques and best practices.

What You Bring

• Experience:

  6 - 8years as a graphic designer in an agency or inhouse marketing environment, with at least 2years in a senior or lead role.

• Expertise:

  Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.

• Portfolio:

  A strong showcase of branding, print, digital campaigns, and presentation design.

• Leadership:

  Proven ability to mentor designers, give constructive feedback, and elevate the teams work.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Eye for Detail:

  Meticulous about typography, colour, layout, and visual consistency.

• Adaptability:

  Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
