Senior Graphic Designer

You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who will be a key member of our creative team, contributing to shaping the visual identity of our brand and maintaining consistency across all marketing materials. Your role will involve leading design projects from initial concept to final completion, collaborating with various teams, and providing mentorship to junior designers. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of creative concepts for digital and print materials, branding campaigns, advertising collateral, website graphics, and social media assets. You will be required to translate strategic business objectives into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines is essential. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior designers, supporting their growth and development within the team. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and excellent conceptual and communication skills are required. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and outputs continually.
